How to participate
How to Apply for "Contemporary Masterstrokes Unveiled – Voices and Vision"
Artists interested in being part of our prestigious Art Book "Contemporary Masterstrokes Unveiled – Voices and Vision" have two ways to participate:

Competition Entry – Take the chance to be featured on the Cover, Back Cover, or among the top placements in the book. This option is open to artists who want to compete for a spotlight position, ensuring maximum visibility.

Guaranteed Placement – Secure your place in the publication by submitting a regular application. This option guarantees inclusion in the book without competition, allowing artists to showcase their work in a dedicated space. After accepted by the Jury you get your gananteed Placement.

Terms and Conditions
for Art Book 2025 Publication
CONTEMPORARY MASTERSTROKE UNVEILED – Voices and Visions
1. General Information
The Art Book 2025 is an exclusive art publication featuring selected artists worldwide.
Artists can participate through a competition for premium placement (Front Cover, Back Cover, and Top 10 Features) or submit a regular entry for guaranteed inclusion upon selection.
2. Application Process
Artists may submit up to 10 artworks for consideration.
Each submission must include a biography, artist statement, and relevant information such as name, artist name, country, email, website, and social media links. Please use the Submission Form.
Our Curators will evaluate the entries based on originality, artistic merit, and alignment with the book’s vision.
If the jury determines that an artist qualifies for inclusion, they will be notified and required to pay a one-time fee of €40 for both, Competition or Regular Submission.
3. Competition Entry
Artists may submit works for the Front Cover, Back Cover, and the Top 10 placements within the book.
Winning artists will receive premium placement and special recognition within the publication.
No additional entry fee is required for the competition.
4. Regular Submission
Artists who do not wish to participate in the competition may submit their work for standard inclusion.
Selected artworks are guaranteed a place in the book upon jury approval.
5. Submission Guidelines
All artworks must be original and owned by the submitting artist.
High-resolution digital files (minimum 300 DPI) must be provided.
The deadline for submission is 31. May 2025
6. Copyright & Usage Rights
Artists retain full copyright to their works.
By submitting, artists grant Art Book 2025 non-exclusive rights to publish the selected works in print and digital formats.
Works may be used for promotional purposes related to the publication.
7. Selection and Notification
Selected artists will be notified via email.
Decisions made by the jury and editorial team are final.
8. Publication and Distribution
The Art Book 2025 will be published in a high-quality printed edition and digital format.
Copies will be available for purchase, and artists may receive a digital Flip Book.
9. Indemnification
As an artist, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lumen Art Gallery, and its employees and directors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

By submitting their work, artists agree to these Terms and Conditions.
